          📋                 After You Pay: Completing Your Order
 

Once you have sent your payment, please follow these final steps to ensure your order is processed without delay:
 

1. Send Payment Confirmation: You must send us a clear screenshot of your successful transaction via email or Viber/WhatsApp. This screenshot should clearly show the following:

   • The Transaction Number or Reference Number from your e-wallet or bank.

   • The Amount you paid.

   • The Date and Time of the transaction.

   • The Sender's Name as it appears on your GCash/PayMaya account or your bank account.

2. Include Your Order Number: In your email or message, please include your Order Number (e.g., #RNS-1001). This is the most important piece of information for us to match your payment to your order. You can find your Order Number in the order confirmation email you received from us.

3. How We Process Your Payment:

   • Our team will check our e-wallet and bank accounts to verify your payment using the screenshot and details you provided.

   • Once we confirm the payment matches your order, we will mark your order as "Paid" in our system . This is the signal that begins the fulfillment process.

   • After it's marked as paid, your order will be prepared for shipping, and we will send you a tracking number within 1–2 business days.
      

Important Reminder: Your order will only be processed and shipped after we have received the payment and manually verified it. Please send your confirmation as soon as you have completed the bank transfer or e-wallet transaction.
